Allmed Medical Center is a state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary facility bringing together leading specialties—including neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedic and general surgery, sleep medicine, interventional pain, endocrinology, gynecology, ENT, and more—providing advanced diagnostics and innovative treatments delivered with professionalism, compassion, and excellence, all under one roof.
Our founder

Research department
At Allmed Medical Center, our Research Department actively participates in clinical trials—bringing innovative therapeutic options to our patients while contributing to the advancement of patient care worldwide. Our experienced clinical research specialists work closely under the supervision of our physicians to ensure the highest standards of safety, ethics, and scientific rigor.
In collaboration with our USA-based academic partner, the American Medical Institute (AMI), and our strategic partner, Global Research Holdings, we foster a strong research ecosystem that supports high-quality clinical studies, education, and international scientific exchange.
In addition, we systematically collect and analyze data from procedures performed across our center to support continuous quality improvement, generate evidence-based insights, and contribute to peer-reviewed medical publications.

Mustafa Hammad, MD, DO, DABIPP, FIPP, ABRM, CPI, FACP, FAAN
Dr. Hammad obtained his education including a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, medical education and postgraduate training from the United States of America. He holds multiple American board certifications and professional fellowships. Dr. Hammad has a 20-year experience in Neurology, Regenerative Medicine, Interventional Pain, Sleep Medicine and Clinical Neurophysiology. During these years, there were 17 years in USA, overlapped with 10 years in Palestine, and the last year in Dubai.

Neurology & neurosurgery
Neurology and neurosurgical care for the brain, spine, and nervous system—aligned with the center’s diagnostics and inpatient monitoring.
Sleep laboratory
Full sleep-medicine diagnostics for conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD), insomnia, hypersomnia, RLS, and PLMD. Tests include polysomnography (PSG), PAP titration, MSLT, MWT, and PAP naps to desensitize patients to PAP therapy, plus fitting and maintenance of PAP machines and accessories—with follow-up under Dr. Hammad’s care.
Interventional pain & therapeutics
